Latitudinal wires are pre-straightened by an automatic straightening&cutting machine and cut to a required length. Then they are put in the cross wire spool and will be fed to the GWC3300 wire mesh welder automatically.The feeding speed can be stepless adjustable.
5 Controlling system of GWC3300 wire mesh welder
CNC controlling system of GWC3300 wire mesh welder has malfunctional alarm.The latitudinal wire spaces are controlled by B&R(European Brand) servo motors and stepless adjustable.We can change the spaces from 50mm to 500mm.
